A Friend & Fund Raiser for Terry Irons: Glioblastoma Awareness

  • The True North Project & Vandiver Inn Pavilion 301 South Union Avenue Havre de Grace, MD, 21078 United States (map)

Along with our presenting partner, the Vandiver Inn, we are honored to help raise awareness about Glioblastoma (a highly aggressive type of brain tumor) and raise funds for Terry Irons, the wife and manager of famed musician SONiA disappear fear. This benefit event on Friday, November 21, brings friends and families together with music and love under the Vandiver Pavilion. An a la carte menu & bar, featuring seasonal favorites and plant-based options will be available for purchase. Purchase your event ticket here.

Last fall, Terry was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma, underwent surgery to remove the tumor, and, as her fighter self, pursued the "fiercest" combination of TMZ chemotherapy and radiation, hoping she can receive more precise Proton radiation to minimize long-term brain damage and currently facing additional surgeries and treatments. With medical costs projected well into the hundreds of thousands and a complete halt to both Terry’s and SONiA’s careers, the couple have been seeking and receiving financial assistance to face these challenges head-on while also maintaining and feeling the love of their community of supporters.

All ticket sales from this benefit will directly support this dynamic duo and respected pair of advocates for life, love, and music. You can read more and make a separate, personal donation to further support them through their GoFundMe campaign, Rally for Terry.
